The brand selected the hybrid-framing manifesto, combining heritage grounding and contemporary commitment, with public quantified commitments backed by operational plans sized with a safety margin, an internal governance system with a quarterly monitoring committee, sales-team alignment on the 30-month trajectory, and communication differentiated by target segment without divergence in message.
At 30 months after deployment, the trajectory follows the projections. Engagement among young adults aged 25–35 increased by +47 pts on desirability indicators. Heritage-customer attrition over 24 months was 9 %, close to the 12 % projected. Revenue was stable in the first year, up 3 % in the second, and 8 % in the third.
Two quantified commitments in the manifesto were achieved ahead of schedule, a third was publicly strengthened, and none were missed.
These values describe what was observed after the decision. They do not establish exclusive causality between the strategy selected and each of these movements.
