Imagine All The People was born of a deliberate intent: to create synthetic humans so that this encounter happens before the decision, not after. We build coherent synthetic populations of up to several million individuals, which dynamic agents interview individually and keep alive over time, scenario after scenario. The decision-maker can talk with every voice and test decision A against decision B before committing. We no longer produce studies. We operate simulation infrastructure at the scale of the decisions it informs.

HOW IT WORKS

From business case to inquiry dossier, in four movements.

First movement: Scoping the business case. The decision-maker states the decision. A price increase, a regulatory reform, crisis communications, an assortment decision, a governance overhaul. The dynamic agents translate that decision into a simulated question, identify the relevant populations, define the structuring typologies, and calibrate the scenarios to test. This scoping determines the depth of everything that follows: it conditions the quality of the inquiry dossier delivered.

Second movement: Instantiating the synthetic population. Our system rebuilds a population coherent at the scale of the decision: from a few hundred thousand to several million individuals, calibrated on public data and on the proprietary data the client provides. The population is structured into granular typologies crossing the dimensions relevant to the decision: demographic, economic, behavioral, territorial, professional, cultural. No personal records ever enter the system.

Third movement: Interviewing by the dynamic agents. Our system interviews representative samples of each typology individually. The agents conduct in-depth interviews: not multiple-choice questionnaires. They follow up with each individual on friction points identified in real time, with 7 to 12 follow-ups per person on average. This phase, which compresses the equivalent of several weeks of human work into under five minutes of computation, produces qualitative granularity out of reach of classic methods.

Fourth movement: Delivering the inquiry dossier. Our system delivers a queryable dossier structured around the identified insights, the compared scenarios, the measured tipping points, the traceable reasoning paths. The decision-maker can trace every conclusion back to the individual interviews that produced it. The dossier is not a closed answer: it is an exploration instrument that accompanies the decision, informs it, and stands up to audit by risk and compliance teams.

Removing 1,200 ATMs in rural areas without a reputational crisis.

A national European banking network was preparing the removal of 1,200 ATMs in sparsely populated areas. Our system simulated the reception of five communication scenarios across 1.2 million rural customers, projected media cascades over 12 weeks, and identified the dominant sequence: a territorial prefectural cascade, with an operational partnership with a major partner group announced as the lead of the story. At 24 months, no media crisis had been triggered. The projected annual savings were achieved at 94%.
